1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Elevated Applications Group LLC ("EAG", "we", "us", "our") provides operations software (Elevated Ops), executive protection training, and protective services. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share personal information in connection with this website (elevatedapps.group), the EAG Ops agent portal at ops.elevatedapps.group used by the agents and personnel we employ or contract, and our text-message program, EAG Ops operational alerts.

2. Information we collect

When you contact us. If you email us or use a contact form on this site, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and message) and use them to respond to you.

When you onboard as an agent. When a person we have hired or contracted completes onboarding in the EAG Ops portal, we collect the information needed to engage and pay them: legal name, mailing address, email address, mobile phone number, emergency contact, tax and identity details required by law, and signed engagement documents. If the person chooses to opt in to text messages, we also record that choice and the date and time it was made.

When you use the portal. Like most web services, the portal records standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) that we use for security, troubleshooting, and keeping accurate operational records.

3. How we use information

• to respond to inquiries and provide our services;
• to onboard, schedule, brief, pay, and communicate with the agents and personnel we engage;
• to send operational text messages to agents who have opted in (see section 4);
• to keep required employment, contracting, tax, and licensing records; and
• to protect the security and integrity of our systems and to comply with law.

4. Text messaging (SMS) program

Program name: EAG Ops operational alerts, operated by Elevated Applications Group LLC.

How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from EAG only by checking the SMS consent box on the EAG Ops onboarding form. The box is unchecked by default. Checking it is optional and is not a condition of employment, contracting, or any purchase; if you leave it unchecked we will reach you by other means.

What we send. Operational messages only, such as shift and detail scheduling confirmations and changes, onboarding instructions and document requests, hours-submission reminders, time-sensitive operational updates, and links to the EAG Ops agent portal. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies based on operational needs. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again. Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email todd@elevatedapps.group. The full program terms are in our SMS Terms & Conditions.

5. Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared for marketing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records collected for the SMS program are used only to send the operational messages described in section 4 and to keep a record of your consent. They are not sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and they are not used for any other purpose.

6. How we handle other information

We do not sell personal information. Mobile information and SMS consent are covered by section 5 and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Other personal information (for example, the contact and engagement details described in section 2) is disclosed only:

• to service providers that support our operations (such as hosting, payroll and accounting, and e-signature) under obligations of confidentiality, and only for the purpose of providing those services to us;
• to clients and venues only as needed to staff and document an engagement (for example, an agent's name and credentials for site access);
• as required by law, regulation, licensing authority, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of EAG, our personnel, and our clients; and
• in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

7. Data security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by employment, contracting, tax, and licensing rules, then delete or de-identify it.

8. Your choices

• You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations, by emailing todd@elevatedapps.group.

9. Children

Our services are for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above.
